Our bodies go through physical, chemical and emotional stress on a daily basis. These stressors may cause subluxation, which is a misalignment of the spine which interferes with our body’s healthy communication of the central nervous system. By removing subluxation through our gentle and precise adjustment, the brain and the rest of the body are able to communicate at a higher level, unlocking health from the inside out.
I grew up in Savage, MN and have two daughters and a son, Audrey, Victoria, Jeremiah and our golden retriever Henry. Following high school, I went to the University of Minnesota Twin Cities for Human Biology. I graduated from Northwestern Chiropractic College.
As I investigated the most advanced and specific techniques, I found and chose the Gonstead Chiropractic Technique to be the safest, most proven and reproducible technique. After years of busy practice I found myself working with whole families, children and specializing in helping restore spinal discs and the upper cervical area of the spine (Atlas and Axis).
I am called to be a Principled Chiropractor, and help as many individuals and families understand and fully experience the life changing benefits of getting their spines checked and receiving specific and precise adjustments that unlock their full health and potential in life!
I grew up in Inver Grove Heights, MN and I have three dogs at home.
Following high school, I went to the University of St. Thomas, and graduated with bachelor’s degree in Communication and Journalism. In my free time I love to spend time with my family, watching sports and occasionally go to a Timberwolves game with my friends and siblings.
I started working at RH Spinal Care in the beginning of 2024. I love the experience of getting to help patients with their care every day, hearing their stories of how this has changed their lives!
It brings me joy to connect with everyone and work in a healthy and caring environment.
Our family is very grateful to Dr. Ryan for his work. My husband and I have 5 children. We have all our children checked on a regular basis to help keep our bodies functioning well. We have even seen success with ear infections and migraines. The overall effect for all of us improved daily function and even our attitudes with each other. Our kids beg to be adjusted!
